CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling: 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. Within 48 Hours: Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 0% charge of the total service cost. Within 24 Hours: Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. Within 12 Hours: Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 100% of the total service cost. 3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 100% of the total service cost. Rescheduling after a no-show will require a 100% deposit. 4. Late Arrivals: 15+ Minutes Late: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling or a shortened service with a $10 fee applied. At the 15 minute mark you are considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the total service cost. 5. Repeat Cancellations: Clients with multiple cancellations within 24 hours of their appointment will be required to pay higher deposits for future bookings: 50% for the first cancellation 100% for the second 6. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. However, emergencies are left up to BeyondTheFace’s discretion. 7. Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to the new appointment that is within 10 days of your original appointment. Deposits are only transferable once; if the new appointment is canceled or rescheduled again, the deposit will be forfeited. 8. Consultations & Patch Tests: If you are unsure about booking a service, we encourage you to schedule a 30-minute consultation, which includes an optional patch test. Consultations require a 100% deposit, and cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If you choose to forgo the consultation and patch test, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risk of adverse reactions.
