CANCELLATION POLICY

BeyondTheFace – Cancellation, Deposit & Guest Policy 1. 48+ Hours Notice Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties. ⸻ 2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours • 48–24 Hours: Will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost (Your deposit is forfeited) • 24–12 Hours: Will incur a 100% charge of the total service cost • Within 12 Hours: Will be charged 100% of the total service cost Note: No exceptions will be made for cancellations inside these timeframes unless approved under the emergency policy below. ⸻ 3. No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in: • Forfeiture of your deposit • 100% of the service total charged • Future bookings will require 100% prepayment ⸻ 4. Late Arrivals • Up to 10 Minutes Late: A grace period is provided. Your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the schedule. • 15+ Minutes Late: You will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service cost. ⸻ 5. Repeat Cancellations Clients with multiple last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will be subject to escalating deposit requirements: • First late cancellation: 50% deposit required for future bookings • Second late cancellation: 100% deposit required • Continued cancellations may result in removal from the booking calendar ⸻ 6. Emergency Policy True emergencies are reviewed case-by-case at BeyondTheFace’s sole discretion. Misuse of this policy may result in refusal of future exceptions. ⸻ 7. Rescheduling Policy If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment within 10 days of the original. Further rescheduling or cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture. ⸻ 8. Consultations & Patch Tests • All consultations require 100% deposit • Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit • If you waive a consultation or patch test, a signed waiver acknowledging risk is required ⸻ 9. Required Forms – Intake, Consent & Waivers All forms must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation with no refund. ⸻ 10. Guest Policy • No guests are permitted during your service unless approved by BeyondTheFace at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. • This includes family members, friends, and children. • Any unauthorized guests will result in cancellation of the appointment and 100% of the service cost will be charged. Minors (Under 18): • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian during the service. • A signed parental consent form is required prior to treatment. • The legal guardian must remain present for the entire appointment. Booking for Others: • You may not book appointments for other adults. • Anyone 18 years or older must book their own appointment using their own personal information. • The only exception is when booking as a legal guardian for a minor. • Failure to follow this policy will result in cancellation and a 100% service charge. ⸻ 11. Agreement to Terms By booking with BeyondTheFace, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. Failure to comply will result in the stated penalties.
