CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 48+ Hours Notice/Guest Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties. Guest are NOT allowed unless otherwise approved at least 24HRS BEFORE the appointment. ⸻ 2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours • Within 48 Hours: Will incur a 0% charge of the total service cost. • Within 24–12 Hours: Will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. • Within 12 Hours: Will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Note: No exceptions will be made for cancellations inside these timeframes unless approved under the emergency policy outlined below. ⸻ 3. No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in: • Forfeiture of your deposit • 100% of the service total charged • Future bookings will require 100% prepayment ⸻ 4. Late Arrivals • 10+ Minutes Late: May result in a shortened service with a $20 late fee applied. • 15+ Minutes Late: Considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the total service cost. ⸻ 5. Repeat Cancellations Clients with multiple last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will be subject to escalating deposit requirements: • First late cancellation – 50% deposit required for future bookings • Second late cancellation – 100% deposit required • Continued cancellations may result in removal from the booking calendar entirely ⸻ 6. Emergency Policy True emergencies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at BeyondTheFace’s sole discretion. Misuse of this policy may result in refusal of future exceptions. ⸻ 7. Rescheduling Policy If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment within 10 days of the original. Further rescheduling or cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture. ⸻ 8. Consultations & Patch Tests • All consultations require 100% deposit. • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit. • If you choose to waive a consultation or patch test, you must sign a waiver acknowledging the risk of potential adverse reactions. ⸻ 9. Required Forms – Intake, Consent & Waivers All required forms must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete these forms on time may result in automatic cancellation of your appointment and no refund of your deposit or payment. _____ 10. Agreement to Terms By booking an appointment with BeyondTheFace, you acknowledge, accept, and are subject to the cancellation and deposit policies listed above in full. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in the appropriate penalties as stated.
